Germaines Culinary INC
Germaine's Culinary runs Nourish and Flourish Kitchen, a culinary workforce program in Portland for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Students take part in cohorts where they practice kitchen skills such as knife cuts, running a dish pit, and following unfamiliar recipes, and prepare for going to work each day. The program ends with a graduation for each cohort.
