Independent Living Resources is a center for independent living serving people with disabilities and their families in the Portland metropolitan area. It provides information and referral, peer support counseling, independent living skills training, support groups, advocacy, and transcription services. It also runs the Work Incentives Network, which helps people understand benefits and work, along with recreation and housing programs.
