Parents for Alternate Support Solutions
Parents for Alternate Support Solutions, known as PASS, runs day programs in Portland and Milwaukie for adults with developmental and mental disabilities. Founded in 1997 by families facing long service waiting lists, it provides social, learning and respite services and supports people both at its sites and in the community.
