State-operated residential campus (ICF/IID) run by Texas Health and Human Services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are medically fragile, have behavioral challenges, or have co-occurring mental health conditions. Provides 24-hour residential care, comprehensive behavioral treatment, nursing, physician and dental services, skills training, therapies and vocational programs.
