Happy Flour Bakery
A working bakery inside the Notre Dame School of Dallas in Uptown Dallas, staffed by students with disabilities who measure, mix and roll dough and fill real customer orders. It grew out of an after-school cookie club and has hired at least one part-time employee with a disability.
