Brookwood in Georgetown
Faith-based vocational and residential community in Georgetown for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, whom it calls Citizens. Operates enterprise workshops producing handcrafted pottery, greeting cards and jewelry, plus the BiG Shop retail store and the BiG Cafe where Citizens work. Grace Place by BiG, a residential community in Weir about six miles from the main campus, is under construction and will house 80 Citizens plus staff at full build-out.
