Faith-based residential community and licensed ICF/IID for adults with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities, on a campus northwest of Tyler. Provides residential services in licensed group homes, a day habilitation program (teaching daily living skills, community volunteering, art, choir, handbells, crafts and exercise), nursing services, the Mehling Center, and case management.
