Alzheimer's Alliance of Smith County
Dementia-specific support organization for people living with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia and their caregivers. Provides case management, counseling, caregiver support groups, respite, workshops, seminars, an annual conference, in-service training, physician outreach and advocacy, and administers Project Lifesaver, a radio-tracking program for people who wander, with the Smith County Sheriff's Office and Tyler Police Department.
