Miracle League of San Antonio
Nonprofit founded in 2003 that gives children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities the chance to play organized baseball on a cushioned, wheelchair-accessible synthetic-turf field. Operates the Mays Family Field of Dreams, a four-acre complex with the accessible ball field and three acres of smooth asphalt for wheelchair sports, and hosts wounded service members from local military medical facilities.
