Boerne-based 501(c)(3) that develops residential, employment, educational, recreational and social engagement options for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Its principal project is Autumn Hills Village, a planned neurodiverse mixed-use intentional community in Boerne for about 100 adults with and without disabilities, with for-sale small homes and townhomes, two apartment buildings of permanent supportive housing, a community center, a Life Academy, an 18-21 program and a five-day-a-week day program. The organization also consults for other groups building IDD residential communities.
