Aging and Disability Resource Center of Texoma
The ADRC of Texoma is the single-entry-point information, referral and options counseling service for long-term services and supports in Cooke, Fannin and Grayson counties. It assists people of all ages and income levels, including older adults, people with physical or intellectual disabilities, people with chronic mental illness, and veterans and their families. It also serves as the Local Contact Agency for nursing facility residents who want to return to the community.
