San Antonio Independent Living Services
SAILS is a nonprofit, federally designated Center for Independent Living founded in 1981. It provides advocacy, independent living skills training, information and referral, peer support, transition services and rehabilitation technology including ramps, wheelchairs, vehicle modifications, hearing aids and vision aids. Under its Texas HHS contract its purchased-services area includes Navarro County.
