Community Healthcore
Community Healthcore is a community center serving East Texas. Its Early Childhood Intervention program serves children from birth to age three with developmental delays, disabilities or qualifying medical diagnoses, across sixteen counties including Henderson, Rains and Van Zandt. Services include early intervention specialists, speech, occupational and physical therapy delivered in the family's everyday routines.
