Sickle Cell Association of Texas Marc Thomas Foundation
The Sickle Cell Association of Texas Marc Thomas Foundation has championed families affected by sickle cell disease and sickle cell trait since 1997. It runs support groups, food assistance, educational screening and training, scholarships, and three youth and family camps and retreats: Camp Cell-A-Bration, Camp Next Level and the E.S.C.A.P.E. Retreat. It maintains a staffed Houston office alongside its Austin headquarters.
