Be More Adaptive
Be More Adaptive is a disability-led Houston nonprofit whose stated mission is to provide accessible disability resources so that people with disabilities can lead fulfilling, sustainable and productive lives. It maintains a centralized resource hub and the GLODAR database, publishes The Adaptive Wire, runs a Houston Emergency Prep Hub and first responder training, and works on accessibility policy and advocacy. It was founded by Caitlin Conner after she became an amputee.
