Alzheimer's Association Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter
The Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association serves the greater Houston metro area and southeast Texas, including Galveston, the Bay Area, Beaumont, Lufkin, Nacogdoches and the Brazos Valley. It runs Alzheimer's and dementia support groups, local education series and educational programs, advocacy work and professional resources, and staffs a 24/7 helpline.
