Anderson-Cherokee Community Enrichment Services
ACCESS is the community center designated by the State of Texas as both the local intellectual and developmental disability authority and the local mental health authority for Anderson and Cherokee counties. It handles IDD eligibility determination, service coordination, Medicaid waiver enrollment and mental health crisis response for the two counties from its base in Jacksonville.
