Spindletop Center
Spindletop Center is the community center designated as both the local IDD authority and the local mental health authority for Chambers, Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson and Orange counties. It provides IDD service coordination, mental health care and crisis response, and its First Steps program is an Early Childhood Intervention contractor for the same area.
