Heart of Central Texas Independent Living Center
The Heart of Central Texas Independent Living Center is a consumer-controlled nonprofit center for independent living based in Belton. It provides the five core independent living services - advocacy, information and referral, peer support, independent living skills training, and transition assistance - to people with disabilities and chronic illnesses of all ages and incomes, along with employment support and Ticket to Work benefits assistance.
