Talitha Koum Institute
Talitha Koum Institute is a faith-based nonprofit in Waco that runs a therapeutic Nurture Center for very young children living in poverty and experiencing trauma. It serves children from eight weeks old through kindergarten with all-day therapeutic care focused on brain development, building the neural pathways that support readiness to learn and the ability to self-regulate. It also works with the children's families.
