Caritas of Waco
Caritas of Waco is a nonprofit founded in 1967 that provides food assistance and emergency help across Central Texas. It runs a large food program processing more than eleven million pounds of food a year, plus emergency services, intensive case management, veterans case management and employment case management. It also helps people apply for federal SNAP benefits and operates the Caritas Treasures resale store and a gifts-in-kind distribution program.
