The Arc of Clarion and Venango Counties is a grassroots nonprofit offering inclusive supports to people who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. Founded in 2003 by a group of parents and advocates who wanted a local Arc chapter and an advocacy voice, it now describes itself as a full-service agency providing supports and services to individuals and families each year. Its work includes The Inclusion Library and The Own Voices Project.
