Thrive Cil
Thrive CIL, the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania, works to eliminate and prevent the barriers that people with disabilities experience. From its Harrisburg office it provides the core independent living services along with nursing home transition and youth transition, and hosts an Aging and Disability Resource Center. It also carries out advocacy efforts and maintains additional resources and referrals.
