BARC Developmental Services has served and advocated for people with intellectual disabilities and autism in Bucks County since 1951. Its services include early intervention, residential services, vocational services, production services and a JOBS program. It describes itself as made up of people with disabilities together with the members, parents and staff who support them, and is guided by a volunteer board.
