The Berks County Association for the Blind, which operates as the Vision Resource Center, works to enrich the lives of people who are visually impaired and their caregivers in Berks County. Since 1929 it has offered support services, vision screenings, preventative services and education, and it helps people find meaningful employment. It also runs a low vision store carrying adaptive items.
