Achieva, the Arc of Greater Pittsburgh, advocates with, empowers and supports people with disabilities and their families throughout their lives across western Pennsylvania. Its family of organizations includes Achieva Family Trust and business services, and it administers supplemental financial supports such as the Charitable Residual Program and the Cecil and David Rosenthal Memorial Fund for Pennsylvania residents with a disability, including people with an intellectual disability or autism.
