Deutsch Institute Applied Research Center for Handicapped
The Deutsch Institute has served northeastern Pennsylvania since 1979, developing and expanding leisure and recreational opportunities for people with disabilities and special needs. It works by drawing on existing community resources, facilities and volunteers to start pilot programs and joint ventures with social service agencies.
