SPIN provides people-first services and supports for children and adults with intellectual, developmental and autism spectrum disabilities in northeast Philadelphia. Started in 1970 by a group of parents, it now offers adult services, children's programs and a community and fitness center, and reports serving more than 3,500 children and adults each year.
