Dream Partnership
The D.R.E.A.M. Partnership develops scholarships and post-secondary education opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities in Pennsylvania, with the goal of independent living and employment. It runs a scholarship program for students attending college, and publishes guidance for students, parents and professionals on why to consider college, options for college and funding for college. It also works with colleges and universities on comprehensive transition programs and engages in advocacy and public policy.
