Germantown Section 811 Housing Corporation provides affordable housing to people with physical disabilities and is part of Inglis, whose mission is to enable people with disabilities and those who care for them to achieve their goals. Inglis programs reach more than 1,000 people with disabilities every day and include Inglis Housing, Inglis Assistive Tech Solutions, employment services, home modifications for independence, Self-Determination Housing of Pennsylvania, and Inglis House with its wellness and rehabilitation center and therapeutic and life enrichment services. It also runs innovation centers in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
