Hope Learning Center at Sunset Ridge Farm
Hope Learning Center at Sunset Ridge Farm serves teens and young adults ages 16 to 30 on the autism spectrum (ASD Level 1) who are transitioning to college, career and independent living. Through group meetings, social events, coaching and classes on a seven-acre farm in Bucks County, it helps participants build community, skills and connections. Its programs are organized as LAUNCH for ages 16 to 23 and CONNECT for ages 24 to 30.
