The Arc of Blair County promotes the welfare of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Altoona area, with a vision that they live fulfilling lives and are fully integrated into the community. The membership organization offers advocacy, education and training, conferences, and programs such as painting classes and sales of artwork by the artists it supports.
