Families Creating Communities for Adults with Special Needs, known as Families CCAN, works with adults with disabilities and their families in the Philadelphia area so they can live full, independent lives. It provides knowledge, resources, tools and networks that help families develop housing, employment and volunteer opportunities for their family members with disabilities.
