The ARC Wayne County
The Arc of Wayne County, PA is a local chapter of The Arc serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Honesdale and the surrounding area. It runs Dyberry Day Camp and community events such as the Bike Hike, and works with the national Arc network to foster respect and access for people with IDD so they can live, learn and work in their communities.
