Special Smiles Foundation
Special Outreach Services provides free preventive oral health care education and support to caregivers and families of people with physical, intellectual, psychological or developmental disabilities. Working with residential homes, families and groups in Pennsylvania, it offers toothbrushing education and related outreach programs at no charge, funded by the Special Smiles Dental Foundation. The organization also works to improve oral healthcare research and access to care for this population.
