A Bridge to Independence
A Bridge to Independence is an accredited supports coordination organization that locates, coordinates and monitors home and community based services for Pennsylvanians with physical and intellectual disabilities. It serves people enrolled in the Adult Autism Waiver, the intellectual and developmental disabilities waivers, the OBRA waiver, the Attendant Care Waiver and Act 150 program, and Community HealthChoices, across counties throughout the state.
