Abilities in Motion is the center for independent living for Berks County, serving Reading and surrounding communities since 1989. It provides independent living services, an assistive technology and gaming program, fiscal management services and a consumer independence fund from an accessible headquarters on Hiesters Lane. Its mission includes championing the rights of people with disabilities and removing physical and attitudinal barriers.
