Northeast Pennsylvania Center for Independent Living, known as MyCIL, is a center for independent living in Scranton that provides services to people with disabilities who want to live independently in their own homes. Through its ACES$ division it provides financial management services and support brokerage for people enrolled in Medicaid waiver and veteran directed care programs. It also operates a Transitional Skills Center.
