Keystone Blind Association, which files as Keystone Vocational Services, provides vocational employment and training to people who are blind or have other disabilities in western Pennsylvania, including work in manufacturing, assembly and a federal mailroom contract. Its vision services include casework, a low vision clinic, adult and preschool screenings for prevention of blindness, rehabilitation training, access technology and orientation and mobility. Youth programs include the IDEAL Transition Program, Keystone Kids and Young Adults.
