Kiski Valley Opportunities Unlimited supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Armstrong and Westmoreland Counties in western Pennsylvania. It operates five community homes under Title 55 Chapter 6400 and provides in-home community support, companion care and respite services. KVOU is contracted with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Office of Developmental Programs for the consolidated waiver and Person/Family Directed Support waiver.
