The ARC of Franklin-fulton Counties
The Arc of Franklin & Fulton Counties works toward having people with intellectual and developmental disabilities fully participate in civil, social, educational, health and employment activities in the communities where they live. Based in Chambersburg, it is a member chapter of The Arc of Pennsylvania and an affiliate of The Arc of the United States, and it relies on volunteers for office work, board service and social events.
