Colorado Family Caregivers is a home health agency that helps family members get paid to care for their loved ones through Community First Choice, IHSS, the CES and SLS waivers and Parent CNA. It was founded by the mother of an adult daughter with Down syndrome and provides support and education to family caregivers.
