Sail to Prevail INC
Sail to Prevail teaches children and adults with disabilities to sail through a therapeutic sailing program based in Newport, Rhode Island, using a fleet of specially adapted 20 foot sailboats. Participants include people with autism, paralysis and intellectual disabilities, and family members and caregivers are encouraged to take part when appropriate. The organization also runs dedicated programs for wounded military personnel and a program for children affected by cancer.
