The Fogarty Center
The Fogarty Center provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Rhode Island. Its adult services include day services, employment services, youth in transition services, residential services and independent living services, and its children's services include home based therapeutic services, personal assistance services and support, respite and enhanced outpatient services. It also supports people who self direct their services through the state BHDDH Personal Choice program.
