Family Connection of South Carolina is a statewide support network for families of children who have developmental delays, disabilities or chronic illness. It offers parent to parent family support, self advocacy, training classes and workshops, help with IEP and 504 plans, transition to adulthood guidance, and a family resource portal covering health coverage, providers and disaster preparedness.
