The Midlands Special Needs Foundation is a volunteer organization that advocates for people with special needs and creates social, recreational, and educational opportunities for them. It runs the Joy Day Program and Smiling Faces, sponsors sports teams and scholarships, maintains a lending library for families, and works with businesses to develop employment opportunities.
