Adult Day Center of the Black Hills
The Adult Day Center of the Black Hills, which operates as the Black Hills Center for Aging in Rapid City, provides daytime care and activities for people of all abilities who live independently, with family or with caregivers. The program includes personal care and hygiene, cognitive activities, socialization, community outings, exercise and mobility, and recreation, and it exists to give families and caregivers daytime respite so that older adults and people with disabilities can remain at home. Wheelchair accessible transportation may be available for guests living nearby, and funding help is offered to those who need financial assistance.
