The Burger Family Foundation, founded by the parents of a daughter with Down syndrome, creates opportunities for people with Down syndrome and their families in the Knoxville area. It says it does this through direct financial assistance, therapy, community and ranch-based programming, funded in part by sales from its merchandise line.
