The disABILITY Resource Center is a Center for Independent Living with branches in Knoxville, Tennessee and Hazard, Kentucky. It provides services, support and advocacy grounded in the independent living philosophy so that people with disabilities can take part in their communities, and like all centers for independent living it is consumer controlled and run by people with disabilities.
