Engstrom Services, which serves the Chattanooga area as Community Connections, has worked with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1991. It evaluates and assesses individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities and makes recommendations for treatment, and provides person-centered planning assistance, consultation, training and technical assistance for people with complex support needs across five regions of the state.
